I love this country already.
And... yes, the sushi here is FAR better than in the US. Sorry... but it's true.

The Yellow Tail in the USA is far better than that in Japan, but the Salmon there is by far the best - I dare say it's better than the Yellow tail here, but if not, it's super close... I do like the rolls we have here - as that is American Sushi.
