Here's my favorite new Shimano (or should I say Fishmano) component. The best part is that I didn't even get this from somebody at the big, BIG S. Can't wait to find out if it works...

Doh, now you've done it. SRAM is going to copy this thing right away. It isn't supposed to be published for another 6 months!
i understand it is the same tech that goes into their derailers.... rattle rattle
They'll probably start putting dual control levers and rapid rise gearing on their rods and reels too.
Pretty soon you'll have to go to the bait shop to get replacement parts for your bike.
