multiple birds with one stone... let the steel CX bike have those nifty moving drop outs that so many bikes have these days. you can have tech geekness with SS and gear capabilities. it would also be almost exactly what i am looking for in a cx / touring frame, the only one like it i have found yet is made by voodoo.
