Music you need to have for riding your rollers...

If you're like me and you ride your rollers at night in your driveway, on a fixed gear, with your iPod headphones jammed deep into your skull (and freaking out your neighbors), then I recommend some of the following for truly good workout...

You can thank me later... when you are winning races.

Hmmm. I dunno. I tend to prefer techno house at 180ish bpm it help me with my cadence.

Nice list! Here's a few of my trainer faves:

"Du Hast" - Rammstein
"Open Road Song" - Eve 6
"Testify" - Rage Against the Machine

and.....

"Rodeo" - Garth Brooks (I like to envision cycling as my form of rodeo in relation to that song)

I used to teach a "spin" style class at my local health club, so I have spent lots of time creating music lists for riding. I will definitely have to add these to the mix. Great tunes! Thanks Tim; you just make today's ride on the trainer a little less boring...

A fine riding list for sure, 'cept ELO????!!!

I would be a terrified neighbour too if i heard ELO blaring out your drive.

Thx for the music.

I f**cking love ELO, Tim. That's why I like you.

I'm gettin' a perm tomorrow. Craig, wise up! You ever heard 'Telephone Line'? It'll make you a believer.
