Today, I had a very special guest;
Meet Rainbow Bear. Rainbow has been around the world, accompanying Masidaughter to Italy/ England last summer, as well as nearly everywhere else she goes. He/ She/ It is called "Rainbow" Bear because He/ She/ It used to be a light swirl of pastel colors and the name just kind of stuck. Masidaughter has had Rainbow almost her entire life- we can't remember exactly, but we think she got Rainbow when she was less than a year old.
Anyway, Rainbow accompanied Masidaughter in the car this morning, on the way to camp (it's Spring Break). Sadly, Rainbow got left in Daddy's car... so Rainbow got to go for a ride today. Like a good Daddy, I even buckled Rainbow in to the child seat that Masidaughter normally occupies. (I'm such a dork.)

I love rainbow bear. Looks "well loved". I have a sneaking suspicion that the world would be a better place if all Dads were dorks like that ;)
Gavin - I completely agree. Nice to know Rainbow Bear was riding safely and there for Masidaughter when she got back to the car.
It's great to see you taking care of rainbow bear. My second daughter had Roo - a kangaroo - since she was born. She took him every where she went. Unfortunately, Roo decided not to make come back from Disney with us when she was three. We all miss Roo. Make sure you keep your eye on RB!
Ohh .. too sweet. You're such a cool dad!
