Update- As Al points out... I'm a whiner. The two benefits to working late/ after hours; 1) no phones ringing and no emergencies and B) I get to drink a beer at my desk while I try to dislodge some creativity.

You might consider FREE 'OpenOffice' Suite software as a suitable replacement for MS 'Office'.
The ability to share your efforts with ANYONE on this planet is laudable.
'Open' is WAY COOL!

Never underestimate the value of admin professionals. We love that MS Office shit.
OpenOffice is also pretty cool, but (I'm almost ashamed to admit this) the Excel equivalent has some shortcomings.
I'm with you on the Excel thing...and I think that anyone who is still at work at 11:40pm can whine...however, not as loudly as your graphics folks...they can whine as loudly as they'd like.
